There are lots of things to see and do in North Wales. Within our college campus area we have a National Park, Snowdonia - “Where the Mountains meet the Sea”; the four castles of Conwy, Caernarfon, Harlech and Beaumaris, making up a UNESCO World Heritage site; Wales’ Queen of Resorts, Llandudno where British families have taken their holidays for nearly 200 years; the place with the longest name in Europe: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch; lots of exciting and interesting things to do: The RibRide, ZipWire, mountain biking, hill-walking, horse-riding as well as swimming pools, football and rugby clubs, gyms, bars and music venues.
For the less energetic there are plenty of shops, food outlets, a multiplex cinema, theatres and galleries. During our busy social calendar you will get the chance to enjoy these places, often with local students, when you are not working hard on your programme of study.
